[/additional]Stonehenge Gel Coat is a custom ISO NPG polyester gel coat color. It is great for boat building, repairs, molds, spray up processes and hand lay up.

Without Wax:

Resin “without wax” cures tacky so there is no need for sanding between layers. Waxed resin is typically not desired on first layers if there will be subsequent layers. You can add surface seal, PVA wax paper etc. for the final layer to create a hard tack free finish.

With Wax:

Resin “with wax” is chosen if a hard tack free finish is desired. This is generally used for the last layer. This makes the addition of surface seal, PVA, wax paper etc. unnecessary.

Custom colors are made to order and typically ship within 4 business days. The pigments to create the custom colors are calibrated before adding to the gel coat so that the colors will be the same each time you order.

Cures at room temperature with the addition of MEKP. This gel coat can be thinned using styrene monomer for spray applications.
